Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (680–800 g)
1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
1 teaspoon garlic powder (5 g)
1 teaspoon onion powder (5 g)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (5 g)
½ teaspoon salt (2.5 g)
½ teaspoon black pepper (2.5 g)
½ cup tomato sauce (120 ml)
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (30 ml)
1 tablespoon honey (15 ml)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (15 ml)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (5 g)
½ teaspoon garlic powder (2.5 g)
½ teaspoon onion powder (2.5 g)
Instructions
Pat chicken dry and season with olive oil and spices.
Mix all BBQ sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Preheat grill, oven, or pan to medium-high heat.
Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side.
Brush BBQ sauce on both sides during final minutes.
Ensure internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
