Description
A quick and flavorful skillet dish featuring tender steak bites and sautéed zucchini coated in rich garlic butter.
Ingredients
500 g (1.1 lb) sirloin steak, cut into cubes
2 medium zucchinis, sliced
4 tablespoons (60 g) unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
1 teaspoon paprika (2 g)
1 teaspoon dried thyme (2 g)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned, then remove.
In the same pan, sauté zucchini for 3–4 minutes and set aside.
Melt butter in the pan and add minced garlic, cooking for 30 seconds.
Return steak and zucchini to the pan and toss to coat in garlic butter.
Cook for 1–2 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Notes
Use a hot pan for the best sear
Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking
Adjust seasoning to taste
Serve immediately for best texture and flavor
