Ingredients

Chicken tenders: 1 ½ pounds (680 g)

Unsalted butter: 4 tablespoons (56 g)

Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Garlic cloves: 6, minced

Salt: 1 teaspoon

Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

Paprika: 1 teaspoon

Dried Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon

Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped

Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
Instructions

Pat chicken tenders dry and season evenly with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and nearly cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 30–40 seconds until fragrant.

Return chicken to the pan and toss in the garlic butter sauce. Cook 2–3 minutes until fully done.

Finish with lemon juice and parsley. Serve warm.
