Description

A simple yet indulgent chicken dish made with tender chicken strips cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce. Perfect for quick dinners and comforting meals.


Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders: 1 ½ pounds (680 g)

  • Unsalted butter: 4 tablespoons (56 g)

  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

  • Garlic cloves: 6, minced

  • Salt: 1 teaspoon

  • Black pepper: ½ teaspoon

  • Paprika: 1 teaspoon

  • Dried Italian seasoning: 1 teaspoon

  • Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped

  • Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon


Instructions

  • Pat chicken tenders dry and season evenly with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.

  • Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Sear chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and nearly cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • Add remaining butter and garlic to the skillet. Cook for 30–40 seconds until fragrant.

  • Return chicken to the pan and toss in the garlic butter sauce. Cook 2–3 minutes until fully done.

  • Finish with lemon juice and parsley. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the pan to ensure even browning.

  • Fresh garlic provides the best flavor.

  • Add a small amount of butter when reheating to keep the chicken moist.
