A soft, buttery bread roll infused with rich garlic flavor, perfect for elegant dinners or comforting meals at home.
Ingredients
4 cups (500 g) all-purpose flour
2 ¼ teaspoons (7 g) active dry yeast
1 cup (240 ml) warm milk
¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
¼ cup (60 g) unsalted butter, softened
½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
½ teaspoon salt
Directions
Combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit until frothy.
Mix flour and salt, then add yeast mixture, egg, and butter.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Let dough rise until doubled in size.
Shape into rolls and place in a baking dish.
Let rise again until puffy.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes.
Mix garlic butter ingredients.
Brush rolls with garlic butter and serve warm.
