12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or farfalle)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup milk

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning (plus extra for garnish)

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water. Set pasta aside.
