240 ml (1 cup) heavy cream
-
50 g (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Instructions
-
Heat olive oil in a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until lightly browned.
-
Add the chopped onion and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
-
Sprinkle in the Cajun seasoning and stir well to coat the sausage and aromatics.

Add the uncooked pasta and pour in the chicken broth. Stir to combine.
-
Bring to a gentle simmer, cover, and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is tender.
-
Reduce the heat and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
-
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
