Ingredients

1 lb chicken sausage or turkey sausage, sliced

2 medium sweet potatoes (about 1½ lbs), diced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium yellow onion, sliced

1 red bell pepper, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

¼ cup honey

2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add sweet potatoes and cook for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add garlic, spices, salt, and pepper; cook briefly.
