3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups toffee bits

Instructions

Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal, and lightly grease it.

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until smooth and glossy.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.

Fold in 1 cup of toffee bits, reserving 1/2 cup for topping.
