Ingredients

  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups toffee bits

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  • Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal, and lightly grease it.

  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until smooth and glossy.

  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.

  • Fold in 1 cup of toffee bits, reserving 1/2 cup for topping.

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Sprinkle the remaining toffee bits evenly on top.

  • Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours until firm.

  • Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into 1-inch squares. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
