Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 pound (450 g) ground beef

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1 cup / 150 g)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) beef broth

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

  • 1 cup (100 g) grated cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  • Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and brown the ground beef.

  • Add onion and cook until softened.

  • Stir in garlic and seasonings.

  • Add tomato paste and cook briefly.

  • Pour in beef broth and simmer.

  • Stir in cream and cheeses.

  • Add pasta and toss to coat evenly.

  • Serve warm.
