Description

A creamy, comforting slow cooker chicken dish made with just four simple ingredients and minimal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup garlic parmesan sauce

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Lightly grease the crockpot and place the chicken breasts in an even layer.

  • In a bowl, mix the garlic parmesan sauce and softened cream cheese until mostly smooth.

  • Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, coating evenly.

  • Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top.

  • Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3–4 hours.

  • Shred or slice the chicken and stir it back into the sauce before serving.

Notes

  • Chicken thighs can be used instead of breasts for extra tenderness.

  • Add a splash of milk or broth if a thinner sauce is desired.

  • Leftovers store well in the refrigerator for up to four days or in the freezer for three months.
