Description

A quick, flavor-packed snack that delivers classic pizza taste in crispy chip form.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup (113 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup (50 g) shredded cheddar or provolone cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) pizza sauce or marinara for dipping (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Place spoonfuls of mozzarella and cheddar onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.

  • Sprinkle oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes over each mound.

  • Bake for 6–8 minutes or until golden and crisp.

  • Allow chips to cool for 2–3 minutes to firm up.

  • Serve warm with optional marinara.

Notes

Store cooled chips in an airtight container lined with a paper towel for best crispness. Re-crisp in the oven if needed.
