Ingredients

1 cup (113 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup (50 g) shredded cheddar or provolone cheese

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon dried basil

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

2 tablespoons (30 g) pizza sauce or marinara for dipping (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place spoonfuls of mozzarella and cheddar onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each mound.

Sprinkle oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and red pepper flakes over each mound.

Bake for 6–8 minutes or until golden and crisp.

Allow chips to cool for 2–3 minutes to firm up.

Serve warm with optional marinara.
Notes
Store cooled chips in an airtight container lined with a paper towel for best crispness. Re-crisp in the oven if needed.
