Ingredients

Cream cheese – 8 oz (225 g), softened

Dill pickles – 1 cup (150 g), finely chopped and drained

Pickle juice – 2 tablespoons

Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 cup (100 g)

Shredded cheddar cheese – ½ cup (50 g)

Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon

Onion powder – 1 teaspoon

Breadcrumbs – ¾ cup (45 g)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

Stir in pickles, pickle juice, cheeses, and seasonings.
