A light and crispy dessert made from angel cake cubes coated in warm cinnamon sugar, perfect for sharing and enjoying fresh from the oven.
Ingredients

1 prepared angel food cake (10–12 ounces), cut into 1½-inch cubes

1 cup granulated sugar (200 g)

2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

4 tablespoons unsalted butter (56 g), melted

2 tablespoons neutral cooking oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place angel cake cubes in a large bowl.

Drizzle melted butter and oil over the cubes and gently toss to coat.

Mix sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.

Sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the cake cubes and toss lightly.

Spread cubes evenly on the baking sheet.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crisp.

Toss warm bites with remaining cinnamon sugar and serve slightly warm.
