Description

Golden, crunchy tortillas filled with seasoned chicken and gooey mozzarella, cooked to perfection in the air fryer for a quick and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded (300 g)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder (3 g)

  • 1 teaspoon paprika (3 g)

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper (1 g)

  • ¾ teaspoon salt (4 g)

  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano (1 g)

  • 4 large flour tortillas (25 cm / 10 inches)

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (170 g)

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil (30 ml)


Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and oregano. Mix well.

  • Lay tortillas flat and sprinkle mozzarella cheese in the center of each.

  • Add seasoned chicken evenly over the cheese.

  • Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.

  • Brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter or olive oil.

  • Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

  • Place wraps seam-side down in the basket and cook for 6–8 minutes.

  • Flip carefully and cook for another 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy.

  • Let rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the wraps to prevent splitting.

  • Use low-moisture mozzarella for best melting results.

  • Reheat leftovers in the air fryer for optimal crispiness.
