Description
Golden, crunchy tortillas filled with seasoned chicken and gooey mozzarella, cooked to perfection in the air fryer for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced or shredded (300 g)

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

1 teaspoon garlic powder (3 g)

1 teaspoon onion powder (3 g)

1 teaspoon paprika (3 g)

½ teaspoon ground black pepper (1 g)

¾ teaspoon salt (4 g)

½ teaspoon dried oregano (1 g)

4 large flour tortillas (25 cm / 10 inches)

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (170 g)

2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil (30 ml)
Instructions

In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and oregano. Mix well.

Lay tortillas flat and sprinkle mozzarella cheese in the center of each.

Add seasoned chicken evenly over the cheese.

Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.

Brush the outside of each wrap with melted butter or olive oil.

Preheat air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

Place wraps seam-side down in the basket and cook for 6–8 minutes.

Flip carefully and cook for another 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy.

Let rest briefly, slice, and serve warm.
