A rich, comforting pasta dish with a creamy sauce, fresh spinach, and savory Parmesan cheese—perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
300 g pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
3 cloves garlic, minced
200 g fresh spinach
240 ml heavy cream
100 g grated Parmesan cheese
120 ml pasta water
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon basil
½ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon butter (15 g, optional)
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 120 ml pasta water and drain.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Pour in cream and add herbs, pepper, and salt. Simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan until melted. Add pasta water if needed.
Toss in cooked pasta and mix well.
Add butter if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Adjust sauce thickness with pasta water
Use fresh Parmesan for best results
Add extra herbs or vegetables for variation
