A rich, creamy ramen dish featuring tender chicken and a velvety sauce that delivers pure comfort in every bite.
Ingredients

2 medium chicken breasts (about 450 g), sliced

2 packs ramen noodles (about 180 g), seasoning discarded

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups (480 ml) chicken broth

1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

115 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened

½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup (80 g) sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon paprika
-
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

¾ teaspoon salt
-
½ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish
Instructions

Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add sun-dried tomatoes.

Pour in chicken broth and simmer. Reduce heat, add cream and cream cheese, and stir until smooth.

Add Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, stirring until fully combined.

Cook ramen noodles separately, drain, and add to the sauce along with the chicken.

Simmer for 2–3 minutes, garnish with basil, and serve hot.
Notes
For reheating, add a splash of broth or cream to restore the sauce’s silky texture. Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
