Description

A rich, creamy ramen dish featuring tender chicken and a velvety sauce that delivers pure comfort in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 medium chicken breasts (about 450 g), sliced

  • 2 packs ramen noodles (about 180 g), seasoning discarded

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups (480 ml) chicken broth

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

  • 115 g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup (80 g) sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

  • ¾ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • Fresh basil, chopped, for garnish


Instructions

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season, and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds, then add sun-dried tomatoes.

  • Pour in chicken broth and simmer. Reduce heat, add cream and cream cheese, and stir until smooth.

  • Add Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, stirring until fully combined.

  • Cook ramen noodles separately, drain, and add to the sauce along with the chicken.

  • Simmer for 2–3 minutes, garnish with basil, and serve hot.

Notes

For reheating, add a splash of broth or cream to restore the sauce’s silky texture. Adjust seasoning to taste before serving.
