Description
A rich and elegant chicken dish simmered in a velvety garlic cream sauce, perfect for special dinners or cozy evenings.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (680 g / 1.5 lb)
2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
2 tablespoons butter (28 g)
6 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
½ cup chicken broth (120 ml)
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (5 g)
½ teaspoon paprika (2 g)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (15 g)
Optional: 1 teaspoon cornstarch (3 g) + 1 tablespoon water (15 ml)
Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Melt butter in the same pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add chicken broth and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and Italian seasoning.
Add Parmesan cheese and mix until smooth.
Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 8–10 minutes.
Thicken sauce with cornstarch mixture if desired.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use fresh Parmesan for best results
Adjust garlic كمية to taste
Add spinach or mushrooms for variation
Reheat gently to maintain sauce texture
