A rich and comforting chicken dish featuring a creamy garlic butter sauce, fresh spinach, and parmesan cheese—perfect for a special family dinner.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (680 g / 1.5 lbs)
2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter (45 g)
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt (5 g)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
1 teaspoon paprika (3 g)
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (2 g)
1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
1/2 cup chicken broth (120 ml)
1 cup parmesan cheese (100 g)
3 cups fresh spinach (90 g)
1 tablespoon cornstarch (8 g) + 2 tablespoons water (30 ml)
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Melt butter in the same skillet and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
Add chicken broth and cream, simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Stir in parmesan cheese until melted.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Return chicken to the skillet and simmer 5 minutes.
Thicken with cornstarch slurry if needed. Garnish and serve.
Notes
Use fresh parmesan for best results
Adjust garlic to taste
Serve immediately for best texture
Add extra broth when reheating if needed
