4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

2 packets chicken gravy mix

1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)

1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)

1 cup sour cream
Instructions

Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot in an even layer.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the chicken gravy packets, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.

Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are coated.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until chicken is tender.

Remove chicken and shred with two forks, then return it to the crockpot.
