Ingredients

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts – 2 pounds (900 g)

Olive oil – 2 tablespoons

Garlic cloves, minced – 5 cloves

Sun-dried tomatoes, chopped – 1 cup (150 g)

Chicken broth – 1 cup (240 ml)

Heavy cream – 1 cup (240 ml)

Cream cheese, softened – 4 ounces (115 g)

Grated Parmesan cheese – ¾ cup (75 g)

Italian seasoning – 2 teaspoons

Paprika – 1 teaspoon

Red pepper flakes – ½ teaspoon (optional)

Salt – 1 teaspoon

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Cornstarch – 1 tablespoon

Cold water – 2 tablespoons

Fresh basil or parsley, chopped – ¼ cup
Instructions

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.

Sear chicken in olive oil for 2 minutes per side.

Place chicken in the crock pot.

Add garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, broth, and cream.

Sprinkle Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes.

Cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours.
