Ingredients
3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 2 tablespoons homemade ranch seasoning)
1/2 cup cooked and crumbled chicken sausage or chicken bacon (optional)
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
3–4 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for a slight kick
Instructions

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Place the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot and add chunks of softened cream cheese on top.

Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly, then add half of the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheeses.

Pour the milk and sour cream over the mixture.

Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or high for 2–3 hours. Halfway through, gently stir to combine the ingredients.

About 30 minutes before the end, sprinkle the remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheeses on top.

Check that the chicken is cooked through (165°F), then shred with two forks or leave whole.
