Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

  • ½ cup (120 ml) chicken broth

  • ¾ cup (75 g) freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire-style sauce (pork-free)

  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  • Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.

  • Stir in cream, chicken broth, Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire-style sauce, and Italian seasoning. Simmer gently.

  • Return chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top. Simmer briefly to combine flavors.

  • Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Use freshly grated Parmesan for the smoothest sauce. Adjust lemon juice and seasoning to taste, and serve with simple sides to highlight the creamy Caesar flavor.
