Ingredients

12 ounces (340 g) bow tie pasta

1 cup (240 g) mayonnaise

1/2 cup (120 g) sour cream

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup (150 g) cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup (130 g) cucumber, diced

1/2 cup (75 g) red bell pepper, finely chopped

1/3 cup (50 g) red onion, finely diced

1/4 cup (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Cook the bow tie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and mustard.

Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth.

Add cooled pasta to the dressing and toss to coat evenly.

Fold in tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and parsley.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Stir gently and adjust seasoning if needed.
