Ingredients

Boursin cheese, 2 packages (5.2 oz / 150 g each)

Shelled pistachios, ½ cup (60 g), finely chopped

Hot honey, 3 tablespoons (60 g)

Extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon (15 ml)

Fresh thyme or chives, 1 tablespoon (5 g), finely chopped

Freshly ground black pepper, ¼ teaspoon

Optional crushed red pepper flakes, ¼ teaspoon
Instructions

Remove the Boursin cheese from the refrigerator and let it soften for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the pistachios and spread them evenly on a shallow plate.

Roll each cheese round in the pistachios, pressing gently to coat.

Place the coated cheese on a serving plate.

Warm the hot honey slightly and drizzle it over the cheese.

Finish with olive oil, fresh herbs, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.

Serve with crackers, bread, or fresh vegetables.
