Ingredients

1½ lb (680 g) sirloin steak or ribeye steak, cut into 1½-inch cubes

2 medium zucchini, sliced into thick rounds

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon dried thyme

½ teaspoon dried oregano

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Pat steak dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and oregano.

Heat olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear steak cubes for 2–3 minutes per side until browned; remove and set aside.

Add remaining butter to the skillet and cook zucchini for 3–4 minutes until tender.

Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Return steak to the pan, toss to coat, and garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
