Ingredients

Fresh strawberries – 450 g / 1 lb, hulled and halved

Fresh basil leaves – 30–40 leaves

Balsamic glaze – 60 ml / ¼ cup

Extra virgin olive oil – 15 ml / 1 tablespoon

Sea salt – ½ teaspoon

Freshly ground black pepper – ¼ teaspoon
Instructions

Wash and dry the strawberries, then hull and halve them lengthwise.

Drain the mozzarella balls and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Rinse and dry the basil leaves, tearing larger leaves in half if needed.

Assemble each bite by pairing one strawberry half, one basil leaf, and one mozzarella ball on a skewer or arranging them neatly on a platter.
