Instructions

 Wash and dry the baby spinach thoroughly. Thinly slice the red onion and apple, setting them aside. Toast the walnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3–5 minutes, stirring frequently until golden and fragrant. Allow the walnuts to cool slightly before adding them to the salad.
