A bold and flavorful steak bite recipe featuring tender seared steak tossed in rich, herb-infused cowboy butter.
Ingredients

1½ pounds sirloin steak or ribeye steak, cut into 1½-inch cubes

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika
-
½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ cup unsalted butter
-
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
-
1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
-
1 teaspoon lemon zest
-
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions

Pat steak cubes dry and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak bites for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Lower heat to medium, melt butter in the same pan, and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.

Stir in mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, and red pepper flakes.

Return steak bites to the pan and toss in the butter sauce for 1–2 minutes. Serve immediately.
