Ingredients

500 g (4 cups) frozen tater tots

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon ground cumin

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup (120 g) sour cream

¼ cup (60 g) milk

2 tablespoons butter

6 large flour tortillas (25 cm / 10 inches)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Bake the seasoned tater tots for 25–30 minutes until crispy.

Melt butter in a saucepan, then stir in sour cream and milk. Add cheeses and stir until smooth.

Warm tortillas and fill each with crispy tater tots and cheese sauce.

Roll into burritos and toast lightly in a skillet until golden.

Serve hot.
Notes
For best results, assemble and serve immediately. Add vegetables or herbs for extra flavor, and toast the burritos for added texture.
