Ingredients

  • Refrigerated pizza dough (680 g / 24 oz)

  • Olive oil (30 ml / 2 tablespoons)

  • Pizza sauce (240 ml / 1 cup)

  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (300 g / 3 cups)

  • Shredded cheddar cheese (120 g / 1 cup)

  • Sliced black olives (80 g / ½ cup)

  • Diced bell peppers (150 g / 1 cup)

  • Garlic powder (5 g / 1 teaspoon)

  • Italian seasoning (6 g / 2 teaspoons)

  • Grated Parmesan cheese (30 g / ¼ cup)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F and grease a bundt pan.

  • Cut dough into bite-sized pieces.

  • Toss dough with olive oil, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

  • Lightly coat with pizza sauce.

  • Mix in mozzarella, cheddar, olives, and bell peppers.

  • Transfer to pan and sprinkle with Parmesan.

  • Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
