Ingredients

Ground chicken – 2 lb (900 g)

Grated parmesan cheese – 1 1/2 cups (150 g)

Shredded mozzarella cheese – 1 1/2 cups (170 g)

Breadcrumbs – 1 cup (60 g)

Milk – 3/4 cup (180 ml)

Eggs – 2 large

Garlic, minced – 5 cloves

Onion, finely diced – 1 medium (150 g)

Fresh parsley, chopped – 1/4 cup (15 g)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sauté onion in olive oil for 4–5 minutes, add garlic for 30 seconds, then cool.
