These cheesy, garlic butter–brushed rollups transform classic cheeseburger flavors into a warm, comforting baked dish that’s perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

1 pound (450 g) ground beef

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 can (8 oz / 225 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough

1 1/2 cups (170 g) shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup (55 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

4 tablespoons (60 g) unsalted butter, melted

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles or triangles.

Add a spoonful of beef to each piece of dough, then top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

Roll the dough tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley, then brush over the rollups.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
Drain excess grease from the beef for best texture. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces or a fresh side salad.
