Description

These cheesy, garlic butter–brushed rollups transform classic cheeseburger flavors into a warm, comforting baked dish that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound (450 g) ground beef

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 can (8 oz / 225 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough

  • 1 1/2 cups (170 g) shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup (55 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 4 tablespoons (60 g) unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  • Roll out the dough and cut into rectangles or triangles.

  • Add a spoonful of beef to each piece of dough, then top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

  • Roll the dough tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

  • Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley, then brush over the rollups.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

Drain excess grease from the beef for best texture. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces or a fresh side salad.
