Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon fine salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet.

Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast; rest 5 minutes.

Add flour, salt, and olive oil; knead until smooth.

Roll into a rectangle and place on baking sheet.

Brush with butter and seasonings.

Add mozzarella and Parmesan.

Bake 14–16 minutes until golden.
