A creamy, comforting pasta dish inspired by classic butter chicken flavors, featuring tender chicken bites and a rich tomato-based sauce.
Ingredients

500 g boneless chicken breast, cubed

120 g plain yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 teaspoons garlic paste

2 teaspoons ginger paste

1 teaspoon ground cumin

1 teaspoon ground coriander

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon turmeric

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 medium onion, finely chopped

400 g crushed tomatoes

120 ml heavy cream

1 teaspoon sugar

400 g pasta

Water and salt for boiling
Instructions

Marinate chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, spices, garlic, ginger, and salt for at least 30 minutes.

Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and reserve some pasta water.

Cook marinated chicken in oil until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter with oil and sauté onions until soft.

Add garlic, ginger, crushed tomatoes, spices, sugar, and salt. Simmer until thick.

Stir in cream and cooked chicken, simmering briefly.

Toss in pasta, adjusting consistency with reserved pasta water.
