Ingredients
-
2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
-
8 oz cream cheese, softened
-
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to spice preference)
-
1/2 cup ranch dressing
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
2 green onions, finely chopped (optional, for garnish)
-
Celery sticks, tortilla chips, or toasted baguette slices (for serving)
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish.
-
In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo wing sauce. Mix until smooth and creamy.
-
Add shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and half of the cheddar cheese to the mixture. Stir until fully combined.
-
Spread the dip evenly into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
-
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is fully melted.
-
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
-
Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or toasted baguette slices.
Notes
-
For a milder flavor, use less buffalo sauce or add more ranch dressing.
-
You can assemble the dip ahead of time, refrigerate it, and bake just before serving.
-
Substitute rotisserie chicken for a quicker option.
-
For extra flavor, try adding a handful of spinach or using a mix of mozzarella and pepper jack cheese.
-
Keep the dip warm during parties by transferring it to a slow cooker on the “warm” setting.
