Description

A simple yet elegant dish featuring tender salmon fillets baked in a rich lemon butter sauce with fresh herbs.


Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (170200 g / 67 oz each)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter (45 g), melted

2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 ml)

1 teaspoon lemon zest

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon dill, chopped

1 teaspoon thyme

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

Lemon slices


Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Line a baking dish and place salmon fillets inside.

Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

Mix butter, lemon juice, zest, garlic, and herbs.

Pour mixture over salmon.

Add lemon slices on top.

Bake for 12–15 minutes until flaky.

Serve warm with extra sauce.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for best flavor.

Avoid overcooking to keep salmon moist.

Pairs well with rice, vegetables, or salad.
