1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
2 cups (120 g) chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup (150 g) cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup (150 g) cucumber, diced
1/2 cup (75 g) red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup (150 g) roasted potato cubes
1/2 cup (120 g) mayonnaise
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped pickles
1/2 cup (60 g) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup (40 g) sliced pickles
1/4 cup (35 g) crispy onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potato cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper and roast for 20–25 minutes until golden and crispy.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef, breaking it apart while it browns.
Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 7–9 minutes until fully cooked.
Stir in ketchup and mustard and mix well.
In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, garlic powder, lemon juice, and chopped pickles to make the sauce.
Divide chopped romaine lettuce among bowls.
Add roasted potatoes, cooked beef, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
Drizzle with burger sauce and top with shredded cheese, sliced pickles, and crispy onions. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute ground chicken or turkey for the beef if desired.
For a low-carb version, replace roasted potatoes with cauliflower or avocado slices.
Store ingredients separately in the refrigerator for meal prep and assemble bowls just before serving.
